The workshop went very well for me. It wasn’t too strenuous, and I firmly believe 

that I should confront myself daily with it to become aware of who I am 

and what I want to achieve. This will help me come back to myself. 

That will take quite a bit of our time. 

In the meantime, I’ve read a bit of your book, and I found it difficult to understand without your explanation during the workshop
