Hildegarde Lisa Follon: My life's calling

Born in Limburg, Belgium and raised in a green environment, my curiosity for nature and its elements helped me integrate their wisdom and energy into my being. As a child, people saw me often as a maverick, which further deepened my connection to the spirit and healing powers of the heart.

While my parents achieved success in the construction sector, my life coloured itself with the short texts and poetry written from my heart during moments of inner silence. The herbs and flowers I found during my forest walks became allies for the drawings that accompanied the lyrics of my soul. I would often leave these drawings in the letterbox of the neighbours as a guiding message for the souls journey. My childhood writings and drawings vanished into thin air once more, a recurring pattern throughout my life until now. It seemed as if the words refused to be captured on paper and even got stolen and burned down. If they were written down and kept, they would remain hidden rather than being seen.

From a young age, I had a strong sense of love. Kindness manifested itself in spontaneous smiles, tears, and support shared with those in need. As a little girl, I was often told that if I gave away all my toys without wanting anything in return, I would end up with nothing. However, my soul never stopped giving anyway.

"My passion for Beauty, Spiritual Power and the Spirit of Love

led me to study 'Fashion in Antwerp'

at the Academy of Fine Arts.

After being a witness of the murder of a very good friend,

my soul got silenced for 13 years.

Life continued amidst the storm,

and without therapy,

I had no choice but to

rely on my spirit, uttering no words."

The murder had profound consequences, causing my fashion design studies to come to an abrupt halt. I’ve attempted to follow training programmes to continue my studies, but they’ve been abruptly stopped on multiple occasions, as if something else was meant to happen in my life. Instead, my soul found a way into theatre, where I became a “costume designer”

The power of my costume design surpassed the personage of the actors. Directors wanted to change the direction of my designs, but my inner voice told me to create and produce my own performances, installations, and exhibitions. So, I left theatre behind for productions as ‘Sense Seekers', 'Jelly.Com', 'Image'. Each project captured my passion for beauty, spiritual power, and the spirit of love that shines through even in the darkest of storms.

Other skills that drive me include coaching, consulting, intuitive painting & drawing, photography & movie.

With a total of 10 years of experience as a coach, art educator for children, homeless people, and long-term jobseekers, special social educational work and human resources management provided me with valuable experience.

My innate being encompasses reiki, energy mastery, ayurvedic massage, soundhealing, and a deep connection to the divine. These aspects are reflected in my writings and coaching sessions, where I share wisdom and knowledge. My passion lies in providing clients with that extra touch that helps them realise their true selves from their deepest realms.

My clients primarily seek stress and pain relief, an energy boost, a guiding hand that leads them to an “aha” moment on their journey to fulfilling their true calling, the development of their self-consciousness and beyond.

Throughout my life, I’ve had a deep inner longing to fulfil my life’s mission. It was evident since childhood that I had a book to write that could change lives.

Despite years of fear, my great masters, traumas, pilgrimage to Compostella, and life experiences drove me to transform into the author of my first book, Elyssa. It was finally published in 2013.

“Elyssa” is an inner journey to your soul’s mission.

The manuscript teaches you to interpret from your authentic self, allowing your true nature

to be activated through the language of your heart.

The energy of the story helps you connect with your own companion,

the genius of your life, who

awakens the gift within you as

your loved one unfolds.

Mastering yourself is the key to unlocking your full potential.

Since then my entire artistic and alternative life path is thus tinted as an expression of my love for the beloved of the spirit and language of the heart.
